Information you give us. When you run a free audit you provide a website URL and a work email. If you book a call or contact us, we receive whatever you share (name, company, message).

Information collected automatically. Basic usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type, gathered through privacy-light analytics to understand and improve the site.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in marketing relevant B2B services to professionals who have engaged with our tool. You can withdraw consent or object to marketing at any time.

To produce your audit, we query AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude) using your public website domain and category only. We do not send your email or any personal information to those engines.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, analytics, and email delivery, under agreements that limit their use of it. We may disclose information if required by law.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing hello@ezgeo.ai. Opting out of marketing does not affect emails about an audit or engagement you requested.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws). To exercise any of these, email hello@ezgeo.ai and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
